Nicklas Bendtner continues his playing career by signing with Rosenborg

After yet another disappointing season, Nicklas Bendtner has signed with a different club.

The latest team that has opted to secure the services of the Danish attacker is Rosenborg as a deal was confirmed on March 6 of the ongoing year.

Nicklas Bendtner had to make a move to the Norwegian outfit Rosenborg BK after his time spent in Nottingham Forest was completely forgettable as he was only able to score 2 goals in 17 appearances for the English League Championship club.

Going through these kinds of underwhelming seasons is something Nicklas Bendtner has always experienced throughout the entirety of his playing career as the Danish forward has performed with various clubs from all corners of the globe and despite with all the chances that Bendtner has had to show his worth, he has mostly just been performing at an unsatisfying level.

Bendtner penned various loan deals with a number of clubs including: Juventus, Birmingham City and Sunderland. If the experienced forward had gone through a memorable season with any of those teams, it´s very likely that his loan deal would have been extended and turned into a permanent contract with those previously mentioned clubs but since Bendtner failed to deliver, none of those teams decided to keep hold of the Danish player for a longer period of time.

In 9 appearances with Juventus, Bendtner scored 0 goals. In 28 appearances with Sunderland, the Danish player scored 8 goals and with Birmingham City, he scored 11 goals in 42 performances.

This is the same player that at some point in time, Arsene Wenger was hailing to be as an excellent attacker but failed to live up to the hype and now Nicklas Bendtner decided to make a move to Norway as he joined Rosenborg and taking into consideration his age, it might be the last professional club that the former Arsenal player joins.
